Employees training and development is one of the major issuing topics now a day because this helps the organization in number of ways. The daily performance of business and day to day maintenance is needed to be done by some workers or employees. And this can only be done when there is proper training and development session held for the employees. Training and development will definitely cause in increase of the employees performance. It is like a root toward a better result or success. Its is extremely important for any kind of business whether it is small based organization having four to five employees or a Large scale organization having some number of employees. But the main point is that the training and development is necessary in every organization in order to avoid any misleading activity in future.   Remember that quality work can only be produced by the trained worker. If the worker is trained and have exact knowledge about the work he is doing then there will be no problem in working environment. Further will affect the business activities as a whole means that it’s not only affecting the internal business structure but also affecting the external activities

Background: Phenol is an organic pollutant found in industrial effluents that is very toxic to humans and the environment. This study used pomegranate peel ash as a natural absorbent to remove phenol from aqueous solutions. Methods: In this study, pomegranate peel ash in different doses was used as a new adsorbent for the removal of phenol. The effects of contact time, pH, adsorbent dose and initial phenol concentration were recorded. Then, the adsorption data was described with Langmuir and Freundlich adsorption isotherms; Excel software was used for data analysis. Results: The highest percentage of phenol adsorption was observed at pH = 7. The optimum amount of adsorbent was 0.6 g/l, and after 120 minutes, the process reached an equilibrium state. The adsorption of phenol decreased following an increase in the pH of the solution. It was also observed that contact time significantly affected the rate of phenol adsorption. The experimental data fit much better in the Freundlich (R2 = 0.9056) model than in the Langmuir (R2 = 0.8674) model. Conclusion: Pomegranate peel ash has the potential to be utilized for the cost-effective removal of phenol from aqueous solutions. Keywords: Phenol removal, Pomegranate peel ash, Aqueous solutio

Partial Pair Programming: Link between Solo and Pair Programming

Leaving of key team members can make an unrecoverable loss to an organization. It means knowledge of a task should be in mind of two or more than two programmers. Working of two people on same task on different machine is an awkward practice. So alternatively pair programming practice is the best solution for above problem. Besides many advantages of pair programming, it has certain drawbacks such as personality clashes, and these issues may dominant pair programming over solo programming. Here authors suggested a practice Partial Pair Programming, which will work as bridge between solo and pair programming practices. In partial pair programming, three drivers can make a pair with a navigator of their own group and navigator can make a pair with navigator of other group. This practice will get all advantages of pair programming as well as its own benefits. And also partial pair programming will remove almost all demerits of pair programming

A novel biopolymer-based nanomagnetic catalyst for the synthesis of 4H-pyran and tetrahydro-4H-chromene derivatives

In the present study, we have designed and synthesized a new magnetically recoverable, nanocatalyst of Ag/Fe3O4@starch. The successful synthesis and the structure of the nanocatalyst were confirmed and evaluated with several analytical techniques including XRD, EDX, VSM, FT-IR,TEMandTGA. The impact and efficiency of Ag/Fe3O4@starch were successfully investigatedin the one-pot synthesis of desired 4H-pyrans and tetrahydro-4H-chromenes using three-component condensation of various aldehydes, malononitrile, and 1,3-diketoesters or cyclic 1,3-diketones. The magnetic nanocatalyst was easily recovered and reused with high catalytic activity even after up to five runs
